Remove 1-month pricing from all packages (Bulk, Gold, Silver, Red-1,
Red-2) and replace the handcrafted payment menu with a single
factory-created "Payment Info" button pointing users to DM for payment.
This eliminates the manual Bitcoin/Coinbase/USDC button handlers in
favor of the standard menu factory pattern.
