Remove duplicate root-level JavaScript files

- Remove legacy JS files: models/, routes/, services/, server.js, profanity-filter.js
- Keep TypeScript source files in src/ as single source of truth
- Clean up project structure to eliminate confusion
- All functionality now properly contained in src/ directory
