Pre-release housekeeping H1.

What changed:

  • npm package name obs-source-switcher → cuesheet (package.json + lock; lowercase, npm-valid)
  • Product display name Live Stream Manager → CueSheet in the UI (Header, Footer, browser-tab title) and docs (README, API.md)

Deliberately untouched: every obs-source-switcher reference to the upstream OBS plugin/DLL (exeldro/obs-source-switcher) in lib/constants.ts, plugin-contract, runbooks, scripts — those name the plugin, not this package.

Type-check green. Follow-ups: H2 (identity rewrite → Derek Slenk) + H3 (push to github.com/derekslenk/cuesheet).
