Replaces the generic Force Stop & Clear Cache tip with a Firestick-specific Clear Data walkthrough, adds a separate onn. Google TV box tip, and points service.url.bulk at the new bulk URL. The seeded default only applies to fresh databases, so the running bot still needs /setparam service.url.bulk.

Replace the generic "Force Stop & Clear Cache" troubleshooting tip with a
Firestick-specific "Clear Data" walkthrough, and add a separate tip for the
onn. Google TV boxes (4K Pro and standard 4K), which use a different Settings
path (Apps -> See all apps -> Clear data).

Both tips note that clearing data wipes saved logins, and mention Force Stop
for killing a frozen app's background process first.

Also point service.url.bulk at the new bulk service URL. Note that the seeded
default only applies to fresh databases: defineParameter preserves existing
values on conflict, so running bots need /setparam service.url.bulk.
